Guest meet & greet:

Booking management:

We process the payments, manage security deposits, liaise with guests, collect reviews, administer cancellations and amendments and synchronise calendars.

Cleaning & Changeovers:

We can supply trained, diligent, trustworthy housekeepers with attention to detail. We back it up with bespoke technology that ensures checklists are always done and photos taken before and after every clean. For those opting for the fully managed option, services such as cleaning, laundry and maintenance are charged at cost. We can either pay these additional services directly on your behalf from your client account or we liaise directly with the provider to organise the changeovers with the invoices paid by you. The separate costs of the cleaning, laundry & maintenance differs by region and property size – we can provide a full quote for these once we’ve visited the property.

Payments:

Security deposits taken on all bookings-
